Notification Types

Score Alerts

Get notified when scores change:

• Any change - Every scan result
• Significant change - Changes over 5 points
• Custom threshold - You define the threshold

Scan Notifications

Updates about scanning:

• Scan started
• Scan completed
• Scan failed (with reason)

Competitor Alerts

When competitors are detected or change:

• New competitor found

• You've overtaken a competitor

Configuring Notifications

Global Settings

1. Go to Settings
2. Click Notifications
3. Toggle categories on/off
4. Set default delivery method

Per-Website Settings

1. Open website Settings tab
2. Find Notifications section
3. Override global settings
4. Custom thresholds

Notification Frequency

Control how often you're contacted:

Instant

Get notified immediately when events occur.

Daily Digest

One email per day summarizing all events.

Weekly Digest

Weekly summary every Monday morning.

Quiet Hours

Set hours when you won't receive notifications:

• Work hours only
• Custom schedule
• Timezone aware

Managing Notifications

Notification Center

Click the bell icon to see:

• Unread notifications
• Recent notifications
• Archived notifications

Actions

• Mark as read
• Mark all as read
• Dismiss notification
• Open related page

Snooze

Temporarily pause notifications:

• For 1 hour
• Until tomorrow
• For a week
