Using the Prompt Collection

Using the Prompt Collection

The Prompt Collection is your library of queries used to scan your AI visibility. Learn how to build and manage an effective collection.

What Are Prompts?

Prompts are the questions or queries we send to AI models during scans. For example:

  • "What are the best project management tools?"
  • "Recommend a CRM for small businesses"
  • "Top marketing automation platforms 2024"

Navigate to My Prompts in the left sidebar to see:

  • All prompts in your collection
  • Which websites use each prompt
  • Performance metrics per prompt

Prompt Best Practices

Good Prompts

  • ✅ Specific to your industry
  • ✅ Match how real users ask questions
  • ✅ Include buying intent signals
  • ✅ Cover different customer stages

Avoid

  • ❌ Too generic ("best company")
  • ❌ Too specific ("company at 123 Main St")
  • ❌ Your own brand name in the query
  • ❌ Outdated terminology

Organizing Prompts

Use tags to organize your collection:

  • By product/service
  • By customer segment
  • By funnel stage
  • By campaign

Prompt Performance

Track how each prompt performs:

  • Mention rate - Percentage of scans where you appear
  • Average position - Where you rank when mentioned
  • Model variance - Consistency across AI platforms

Prompt Limits by Plan

| Plan | Prompts in Collection |
