Configure your MentionRank account to get the most from the platform.

Profile Settings

Access your profile from the top-right menu or Settings page:

Personal Information

• Name - How we address you in communications
• Email - Your login email and notification address
• Timezone - Affects when daily scans run and how times are displayed

Password & Security

• Change your password anytime
• Enable two-factor authentication (recommended)
• View active sessions

Notification Preferences

Control what emails you receive:

Scan Notifications

• Scan Complete - Get notified when scans finish
• Score Changes - Alerts for significant score movements
• Weekly Digest - Summary of the week's activity

Threshold Alerts

Set custom alerts for:

• Score drops below a threshold
• Score increases above a threshold
• New competitor detected

Delivery Options

• Email notifications
• In-app notifications
• Browser push notifications (Pro+)

Data Export

Export your data anytime:

• CSV format for scan results
• Download your prompt collections
