Refund Policy

Our refund policy is straightforward and transparent.

No Refund Policy

MentionRank does not offer refunds for subscription payments. When you subscribe to a paid plan:

  • You can cancel at any time
  • You retain full access until the end of your current billing period
  • No partial refunds are provided for unused time

Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time through the Stripe customer portal:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click "Manage Subscription"
  3. Select "Cancel Plan"
  4. You'll retain access until your billing period ends

Exceptions

We may consider refunds in exceptional circumstances:

  • Accidental duplicate charges
  • Technical issues on our end that prevented service access
  • Billing after cancellation was confirmed

For these cases, contact support@mentionrank.io with your account email and details.

Try Before You Buy

We offer a Free Forever plan so you can fully evaluate MentionRank before committing to a paid subscription. We encourage you to use the free plan to ensure MentionRank meets your needs before upgrading.

Payment Processing

All payments and refunds (when applicable) are processed through Stripe. Any approved refunds typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.
