Add, update, and manage your payment information securely through Stripe.

Payment Processing by Stripe

All payments for MentionRank are securely processed by Stripe, one of the world's leading payment processors. Stripe is trusted by millions of businesses and is certified to PCI Service Provider Level 1, the most stringent level of certification in the payments industry.

What this means for you:

• Your card details are never stored on our servers
• All transactions are encrypted and secure
• Stripe provides fraud protection and monitoring

Credit/Debit Cards

We accept all major cards through Stripe:

• Visa
• Mastercard
• American Express
• Discover

Managing Your Payment Method

Through Stripe Customer Portal

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. You'll be redirected to Stripe's secure customer portal
4. Update your card, view invoices, or manage your subscription

Update Card Information

1. Access the Stripe customer portal
2. Click on your payment method
3. Update your card details
4. Changes apply immediately

Payment Security

Your payment security is handled by Stripe:

• PCI DSS Level 1 Certified - Highest level of payment security
• Tokenized card storage - We never see your full card number
• TLS encryption - All data transmitted securely
• Fraud detection - Stripe monitors for suspicious activity

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

Immediate

• You'll receive an email from Stripe
• A notification appears in your dashboard

Resolution

1. Access Stripe customer portal from Settings > Billing
2. Update your payment method
3. Stripe will retry the charge
4. Full access restored once payment succeeds

Invoices and Receipts

All invoices are generated and managed by Stripe:

Finding Invoices

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. View all invoices in Stripe's customer portal
4. Download as PDF for your records

Automatic Receipts

After each payment:

• Email receipt sent by Stripe
• Available in customer portal
• Tax-ready format with your details
