Canceling Your Subscription

Need to cancel? Here's what to know and how to do it.

Before You Cancel

Downgrade Instead

Move to a lower tier or Free plan:

• Keep basic access
• Retain historical data
• Continue monitoring

How to Cancel

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. You'll be redirected to Stripe's customer portal
4. Click "Cancel Plan"
5. Confirm cancellation
6. Receive confirmation email

After Cancellation

Immediate

• Cancellation confirmed
• Access continues until billing period ends
• No further charges

At Period End

• Account moves to Free tier
• Excess websites archived
• Features reduced to Free limits

Data Retention

Your data is retained for 30 days after downgrading. During this time, you can resubscribe and restore full access.

Reactivating

Changed your mind? Easy to come back:

Within Current Period

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Click "Manage Subscription"
3. Reactivate through Stripe portal
4. Same plan restored

After Period Ends

1. Go to Settings > Billing
2. Choose a plan
3. Complete payment through Stripe
4. Access restored

Important Notes

• All subscription management is handled through Stripe's secure customer portal
• No refunds are provided for partial billing periods
• You retain full access until your current billing period ends
