Export your MentionRank data or move between accounts.

Exporting All Data

Complete Data Export

  1. Go to Settings > Data
  2. Click "Export All Data"
  3. Choose format (JSON recommended)
  4. Download zip file

  • Prompt collection

  • Settings and preferences

  • Opens in spreadsheets

Importing Data

From Previous Export

  1. Go to Settings > Data
  2. Click "Import Data"
  3. Select your export file
  4. Review import preview
  5. Confirm import

Import Rules

  • Duplicates are skipped
  • Settings can be merged or replaced
  • Prompts are added to collection
  • Website limits apply

Account-to-Account Transfer

Same Email

If changing plans or recreating:

  1. Export from old account
  2. Create new account
  3. Import data
  4. Verify transfer

Different Email

To transfer to different owner:

  1. Export data
  2. Share export file securely
  3. New owner imports
  4. Old account closed if desired

Bulk Operations

Multiple Websites

Move data between websites:

  1. Select source website
  2. Choose "Transfer Data"
  3. Select destination
  4. Choose data types
  5. Confirm transfer

Team Transfers

Moving between team accounts:

  • Contact support
  • We can transfer directly
  • Maintains full history
  • No data loss

Data Portability Rights

Under GDPR and CCPA:

  • You own your data
  • We provide export tools
  • Machine-readable format
  • No charge for export

After Export

Keeping Data Safe

  • Store exports securely
  • Consider encryption
  • Multiple backup locations
  • Regular export schedule

Deleting Account

After export:

  1. Verify export complete
  2. Cancel subscription
  3. Request account deletion
  4. Data removed per policy
